What if I receive a letter that is not included in my package?

What is 30 business letters?
This means we will forward 30 letters to you free of charge by post to your address.
What happens if I receive more than 30 letters in the year?
Not to worry. You can easily add more letter credit via your account dashboard. We have a top-up system available.
How many companies does each packages cover?
Each of our packages covers one company per subscription.
Do you offer additional services such as mail scanning?
Yes, we offer mail scanning. The cost is additional £29.99 a year. This includes us scanning it before it gets posted. This can be added via your dashboard.
